Additionally, our equipment is specially designed to handle high Total Suspended Solids (TSS) loading, which is typical of the wastewater associated with plating operations. This means that excessive pH adjustment to precipitate or "drop out" metals is not necessary.  The result is pure, distilled quality water, with less than 1 ppm metals content.

Because our equipment can handle high TSS, which is typical of the sand/water mixture of Frac Flowback and the typically high Total Dissolved Solids found in the heavy brine produced in oil and gas extraction, it is ideally suited for these applications.

Our equipment is built to handle a wide range of pH and water chemistries.  We prescribed a Z-Series Wastewater Crystallizer to treat a large volume of Acid Mine Drainage in Southwestern Pennsylvania with exceptional success.
