The X-180 is a compact, fully engineered wastewater crystallizer for industrial generators whose treatment volumes do not justify a conventional large-scale ZLD plant. Its architecture integrates evaporation, vapor recompression, distillate recovery, secondary crystallization, and controlled solids discharge.

Rather than relying on a stand-alone evaporator followed by separate sludge-drying equipment, the X-Series combines primary water recovery with a dedicated Stage II crystallization chamber.
Feed and Recirculate
Wastewater is introduced through the integrated feed system and circulated through the Stage I reactor.
Evaporate and Recompress
Falling film evaporation produces low-pressure vapor, which is mechanically recompressed to raise its usable temperature and pressure.
Recover Distillate
The compressed vapor is reused as thermal energy and condensed into recovered distilled water for reuse, storage, or further treatment.
Crystallize and Discharge
Concentrate moves to Stage II, where low-pressure steam and an internal rake support further dewatering and controlled solids removal.

The heart of the X-Series value proposition is the efficient reuse of thermal energy while carrying wastewater beyond concentration and into crystallization. Mechanical vapor recompression recycles Stage I vapor, while Stage II vapor returns to Stage I to create an additional evaporative effect.
Scaling is addressed as a manageable heat-transfer challenge. Anti-scaling chemical injection and upstream solids removal can be configured around the feed, while accessible heat-transfer surfaces support inspection, cleaning, descaling, and replacement when fouling affects performance.
